As a husband and wife REALTOR team, Bob and Geri Quinn bring unique perspectives and professional expertise in guiding their clients through the process of buying and selling real estate throughout Southwest Florida.



Bob and Geri relocated to Cape Coral in 1979, as a result of the BLIZZARD of '78 that slammed the Northeast Coast! Bob is originally from West Hartford , CT and established himself locally in the Financial Services Industry as a Certified Financial Planner before retiring in 2014 and ultimately joining Geri's successful Real Estate Team. He also holds a Certified Florida Residential Manager (CFRM) Designation.



Geri, originally from Canada, before living in Long Island, NY, has been a full time Realtor since 2005, following her career in the Medical field as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Geri has earned numerous sales and customer service awards over the years. She is recognized as a 5 STAR AGENT award winner from Gulfshore Life Magazine and she has also earned her designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert.



Together, Bob and Geri combine their professional experiences and knowledge about the local real estate market, educating clients upfront about what to expect throughout the entire process of buying or selling their home. Their goal is for clients to have as seamless a transaction experience as possible, while trying to maximize the value of the transaction for their client.



In addition to Real Estate, Geri has an interest in tropical plants, landscaping and has volunteered in events with the American Lung and ALS organizations. While Bob has volunteered with the WGCU Public Radio Reading Program for the Blind and the White Cane Day fundraiser. He is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys sports photography in his free time. They also write a weekly Real Estate Column about the local Cape Coral market, titled "Homing In," which appears every Friday in the Cape Coral Breeze newspaper.
